These are miracles that happen in the modern world that are made explicit in Pentecostalism. They believe that this is experienced because it is needed in witnessing. This did not die out since it is still available and needed, just like when God gave it to His first followers.
Pentecostals believe that if the gift of the speaking in tongues is given to you, you must be willing to receive it. Distractions must be put aside so that the mind will not be tormented when you receive Him. You have to be ready to accept Him and receive Him by faith. This is commonly the belief of all Pentecostals shared by everyone who share the faith all over the world.
